The TETRIS® Series active probes are built for high-precision, high-frequency probing of analog and digital circuits, featuring a wide ±8 V input range and ultra-low loading due to their 1 MΩ resistance and 0.9 pF capacitance.

Uniquely designed for multi-point contact probing, the TETRIS® Series supports inline measurements on 2.54 mm pin headers, making it ideal for probing adjacent IC pins, connectors, and test points in embedded systems or PCBs.
