The Anritsu MA247xD series standard diode sensors deliver high dynamic range and accuracy, ideal for CW and TDMA measurements. Offering precision measurements with a 90 dB dynamic range and 1.8% linearity, they are perfect for GSM and similar TDMA systems..
The Anritsu MA247xD series standard diode sensors are designed for precision power measurement across a broad frequency range of 10 MHz to 50 GHz. These sensors offer a high dynamic range of 90 dB and deliver fast response times, making them suitable for testing GSM and other TDMA systems using GMSK modulation.
They are built with high accuracy, providing linearity better than 1.8%, ensuring precise measurements for CW and modulated signals. With a rise time of just 4 µs, the sensors are fast enough for real-time measurements in TDMA-based communication systems. Additionally, the built-in RF connectors provide easy integration with the ML2430, ML2480, and ML2490 power meters.
